Washburn & Associates determines the characteristics of a "saleable" business, performs an analysis to determine the "fair market value", and assists in the development of all documentation. Jack has been in the pharmacy industry since 1972. He is known as an expert in both legal and corporate aspects of transferring the ownership of pharmacies.

Jack Washburn: has been in the pharmacy industry since 1972. With a majority of those years in mergers and acquisitions of pharmacies including independent pharmacies, pharmacy chains, retail pharmacy, compounding pharmacies, specialty pharmacy, pharmacies sending mail order, and wholesale pharmacy distributors.

Jack worked fourteen years as a Senior Manager with Owens and Minor drug division, planning, and implementing business practices for the independent pharmacy owner.

He also has held the positions of:

Committee Chairman for American Surgical Trade Association.
Committee Chairman for National Wholesale Drug Association and Virginia Wholesale Drug Association.

Brad MacLiver: Five years in pharmacy acquisitions. Twenty two years ownership of a commercial finance consulting firm working with sophisticated investors, commercial finance companies, venture capitalists, and major institutions. Services included financing the expansion and acquisition of commercial operations nation wide.
